Ryan Stedwell, MS, PA-C, joined the team in 2023. She serves as a Physician Assistant for Carolina Vascular under ARA Health Specialists, applying her extensive knowledge and skills in vascular health.

Her educational background is both diverse and comprehensive. She holds a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York, which provided her with advanced clinical skills and medical knowledge. Prior to this, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky, laying a strong foundation in biological sciences. Further enriching her educational experience, she was an exchange student at Curtin University of Technology in Perth, Western Australia.

Before joining Carolina Vascular, Ryan gained significant experience in various medical settings. She worked as a Physician Assistant in the Urgent Care clinic at Sisters of Mercy Urgent Care in Asheville, North Carolina. Additionally, she served as a Physician Assistant in the Emergency Department at Carrollton Emergency Physicians in Carrollton, Georgia, where she handled critical and emergency medical situations. Ryan also has experience in surgical settings, having worked at Saint Joseph’s Hospital Health Center in Syracuse, New York, as a Physician Assistant in General Surgery.
